ABOUT
Erin grew up in Vancouver, Canada, where her passion for food, nature, art and design developed. She moved to New York City to study at Parsons School of Design and in May 2018, graduated with a BFA in Communication Design. When Erin is not working on her art, she loves to take workout classes, try new restaurants around the city, make charcuterie boards, travel, and fish.
